why do you ask? it is over pay - they were offered 2% (which is what I got last month) and they are asking not less than 3%. both sides should be made to buy stuff there and then bring the car round and load it and whichever cracks first under that torture should have their demands met. IKEA employ about 9,000 people in France, and there is one in Strasbourg to which there is a free shuttle bus from a tram stop, vg, I use it quite often.
